Fitness Goals
One of the biggest challenges in a path to fitness is staying motivated and on track with goals. It’s easy to start off strong, but as time goes on, it can be difficult to maintain that initial enthusiasm. Doing the same routine all the time can get boring, so switch things up by trying new workouts or classes. This will keep you from getting burnt out and help you discover new activities that you enjoy. When you find activities that brings you joy use them as reset when you are feeling less motivated. Don’t wait until you’ve reached your ultimate goal to celebrate. Instead, recognize and reward yourself for small victories. It’s okay to have off days or to miss a workout. Don’t let one setback derail your entire fitness journey. Instead, focus on getting back on track and remember that progress is a journey, not a destination.
